Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, I do. In vintage, this can be difficult, since it is rare to find multiple items of the same kind when vintage hunting. "Custom listing" in my world means that I have changed the assortment by request (added or subtracted from a group of things, for instance), or have arranged a special kind of payment (opened it up for a different international shipping destination, for instance). There may be other kinds of custom listings, as well, but these are the most common.

Do you offer handmade items?
Some of the things in this store are vintage handmade items. Eventually, I plan to add some of my own handmade items to this store.

What is your definition of vintage?
I do my best to only offer things that are 20 years old or older, which is the industry standard.
If an item is unmarked and impossible to date accurately, I may list it here, and specify that I don't know the age.
I may also occasionally list items that I know are less than 20 years old, but I will not describe them as vintage or attempt to pass them off as older than they are.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I only accept Paypal at this time. I will accept e-checks through Paypal. In any case, I don't ship the item until payment has been successfully completed.

What is your policy about vintage damage or wear?
Vintage goods have been used, and they often show signs of wear, such as scuffing, creasing, staining, tears, holes, crazing (crackling in the glaze), chips, etc. When I encounter a vintage item with any of these condition issues, I try to take good, clear pictures of the damage and always describe it in the listing. I recommend reading the entire description and looking at all of the pictures, reading my shop policies page, and if you want more information, contact me--I really don't mind! I don't like surprises any more than you do.

I see you don't ship to my country. Why not?
If I do not currently include your country in my shipping options, it could be for one of three reasons: (1) Your country prohibits me from selling this item to you, (2) My country recommends taking extra (perhaps overly difficult) steps when shipping to your country which serve as a deterrent, (3) I forgot to include you when I was setting things up. In any case, go ahead and ask me. The worst thing I could say is "no," and if I find your email right away, I could correct a mistake within minutes!

I ordered 2+ things. Do you combine shipping?
Yes, wherever possible, I prefer to ship everything in your order in the same box or envelope. The only possible exception might be if shipping costs less if I ship them separately (and that's pretty rare).
